Overview
- Digital wallets, such as Apple Pay, are a way to pay from financial accounts via computer, smartphone, or a smart device. The customer’s card information is stored within their device. When the customer wants to utilize it for a payment, they simply authorize it without having to enter the card information into the transaction fields.

Enabling Apple Pay
- New Merchant
- If your selected plan includes Digital Wallets, Apple Pay will automatically be set up.
- If your selected plan does not include Digital Wallets, we can add the option a la carte (rates and fees apply). You can add Apple Pay via one of the following:
- Reach out to your Sales Representative to have this feature added to your account.
- Create a support ticket within your Bankful portal.

FAQs
- Can I differentiate between an Apple Pay transaction and a normal credit card transaction?
- Yes, Apple Pay transactions will be labeled as such.
- I am a Shopify merchant utilizing your VASs, can I enable native Apple Pay?
- No, if your account is set up for the hosted integration so you can use our VASs, you are unable to use the Shopify Native Apple Pay option.
