How to Activate Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR)

Step 1: Log into your Bankful Portal and click “Chargeback Management” from the left sidebar

Step 2: Select Rapid Dispute Resolution from the dropdown and then click “Activate Rapid Dispute Resolution”

Step 3: Ensure you have the required information listed within the “Before you activate…” tooltip and then click “+ Merchant ID (MID)”

Step 4: Enter all the required information and click “Submit”

You will see the following submission confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for the card network to complete the setup. If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket through your merchant portal.
