How to Review Your Bankful Monthly Fees
Your official billing terms and pricing are always defined in your Bankful Software Agreement (MSA) and the current Fee Schedule published in your Merchant Dashboard (Admin Console → Fee Schedule). The latest version of the MSA is available in the Legal Section of the Bankful Knowledge Base.
This guide provides a general overview of how invoices are calculated and where to find additional support if needed.
Core Fee Components
- Cart Connection Fee – A variable fee based on your monthly processing volume, tied to your eCommerce platform and Bankful product.
- Transaction Fee – A per-transaction fee that also varies by platform and product.
- Monthly Plan Fee – The base fee for your selected plan, plus any optional services.
- Monthly Minimum – If your combined fees total less than $50.00, a Monthly Minimum Adjustment will be added to bring your invoice to $50.00.
