MFA
- Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is a method of authentication that requires users to provide two or more credentials to verify a user’s identity for login
- Bankful adds a layer of protection to your initial sign-up or account sign-in by utilizing MFA in the form of an One-Time Password (OTP) sent to you either via email or text message
- If you do not yet have a Bankful account, please visit https://bankful.com/ to sign up!

Sign-In MFA
- MFA can be required upon your initial sign-in at https://paybybankful.com
- You can use Forgot password if you need to reset your password
- If you continue to have trouble logging in, reach out to us at Support@Bankful.com
- You can also click Get Started if you do not yet have an account with us
- You will see the screen below and a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email
- Please enter the 6 digit OTP into the white boxes and click Validate
- You can click Send again if you do not receive an OTP email
- If you are still having trouble receiving the email, please reach out to us at Support@Bankful.com
- You will then arrive at your Bankful dashboard!
- You can activate your services on the left-hand tool-bar
- You can also click Support located at the top right to create a ticket for our team to assist you
Sign-Up MFA
- MFA may be required upon your initial sign-up during the Bankful onboarding process
- After completing the Contact Info, Billing Info, and ID Verification steps, click Submit
- An additional step will appear, you will see the screen below, and a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email
- Please enter the 6 digit OTP into the white boxes and click Validate
- You can click Send again if you do not receive an OTP email
- If you are still having trouble receiving the email, please reach out to us at Support@Bankful.com
- You will then arrive at your Bankful dashboard!
- You can activate your services on the left-hand tool-bar
