How to Update Your Billing Information in Bankful

If you’ve received a notification about a failed billing attempt or need to update your payment method, follow the steps below to update your card or billing information directly in your Bankful dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into your account
    Go to www.paybybankful.com and log in using your credentials.

  2. Access the Admin Console
    In the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard, click on Accounts and then select Admin Console from the dropdown menu.

  3. Navigate to Payment Info
    Once in the Admin Console, locate and click on Payment Info in the menu options.

  4. Update Your Billing Information
    In the Payment Info section, you will see fields for your current billing details. Enter your updated card or bank information as needed, then save your changes.
